Alessandro Rubini is a global investor and advocate for education, dedicated to using his professional success to uplift and empower others. Originally from Milan, Italy, Alessandro moved to the United States to pursue a liberal arts education that would span his interests in economics and philosophy. After earning his degree from the University of Chicago, he embarked on a career in investment, which has taken him from Milan to Chicago, Hong Kong, and now New York City, where he serves as an investment professional at Millennium Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund.

Alessandro’s commitment to education runs deep, influenced by his own experiences as an international student. Knowing firsthand the impact of educational access, he has championed initiatives aimed at supporting underrepresented students. Through the Odyssey Scholarship Program at the University of Chicago, Alessandro endowed the Anne Clinkard and Rubini Family Scholarship Fund, providing financial aid for first-generation and lower-income students. This work reflects his belief in education as a catalyst for social mobility and personal transformation.

Outside of his career, Alessandro is passionate about civic engagement. His involvement with Roads to Success reflects his dedication to a community that celebrates the transformative power of education, helping young people realize their potential and build brighter futures.
