Empowering Youth and Overcoming Challenges
Associate Board
Esha Raman’s journey has been shaped by overcoming imposter syndrome and learning to seize opportunities with confidence. Having experienced the fear of not feeling “good enough,” she is passionate about helping young people at Roads to Success understand that fear is natural and that perseverance is key to overcoming challenges.
Service and giving back to the community have been foundational to Esha’s life. From her time in Girl Scouts to her involvement with the Breast Cancer Resource Center, she has consistently been engaged in helping others. In high school, Esha partnered with the Princeton YMCA to create free summer camp programs aimed at enhancing local children’s education. Now in New York, she continues this commitment through her work with Roads to Success, an organization that mirrors her passion for empowering youth and creating pathways to success.
Beyond her dedication to community service, Esha has a love for all things food-related. Whether exploring new restaurants around the city or experimenting with recipes at home, her culinary adventures have even led to the launch of a food blog with her roommate. Esha also enjoys golfing with her dad, trying out new courses in South Jersey, and diving into her Kindle. A recent favorite read? The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, which she highly recommends!
