In her capacity as Director of Finance, Lisa has led the establishment and execution of a robust Finance Department, ensuring sustainable expansion through adept management of financial policies, records, and systems. Her leadership extends to overseeing accounting consultancy, audits, and compliance with governmental grants and contractual obligations. Lisa's role also involves liaising with the finance committee of the board, providing comprehensive reports to guide informed decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Lisa served as the Executive Director at Roads to Success for a decade, commencing in July 2022. Under her strategic leadership, Roads to Success experienced significant growth in programs, youth outreach, and revenue generation. Lisa's commitment to excellence was evident in the expansion of services from serving 300 to 6,000 youth annually and increasing revenues from $1.2 million to $6.3 million.
