Rebecca Frazier’s journey in youth development began at age 14, when she received her first opportunity through the Summer Youth Employment Program. A proud Latina from East Harlem, Rebecca has dedicated nearly two decades to working with young people, empowering students from ages 5 to 18. Her goal has always been clear: to help shape the minds and hearts of youth in her community, inspiring them to recognize their own potential.

As a Program Manager at Roads to Success, Rebecca brings her passion, experience, and deep-rooted commitment to creating opportunities for growth and learning. She finds great fulfillment in giving back to East Harlem and strives daily to make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, Rebecca cherishes time with her husband and three daughters. Together, they’ve become “snack foodies,” challenging themselves to try a new snack spot each month. She and her daughters also share a love for DIY projects, embracing creativity and bonding through hands-on activities.
