Saad Cecil is the Revenue Accounting Director at Etsy, Inc., with over 15 years of experience in the accounting field. His impressive career spans various roles, including Controller, Audit Associate at EY, and positions within corporate accounting. Notably, Saad began his professional journey as a Controller at Roads to Success (formerly known as Oasis), where he worked closely with school-aged youth and developed a deep passion for the organization’s mission.

Saad holds a BA in Accounting from CUNY-Hunter College, is a licensed CPA in New York and California, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Having been a part of organizations like the Harbor for Boys & Girls, Shorefront Y, Fresh Air Fund, and Oasis Children’s Services, Saad has long been committed to youth development. His firsthand experience with these initiatives fuels his dedication to Roads to Success and its impactful work in the community.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Saad enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or exploring nature trails. His passion for both finance and youth empowerment continues to guide his service on the RTS Board, where he is committed to helping the organization fulfill its mission.
