Allie O'Shea brings a deep commitment to addressing societal inequities, shaped by her upbringing in a low-income family and community. She started her career at Deloitte Consulting in 2015, driven by her desire to understand how businesses can help tackle social issues. Seeking to expand her impact, Allie pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School (HBS), where she co-founded an impact fund supporting BIPOC-owned businesses, conducted gender equity research, and worked on initiatives to enhance diversity in technology.

Now back at Deloitte, Allie works across sectors to help organizations grow their businesses while advancing equity and environmental sustainability.

She was introduced to Roads to Success through the Education Club at HBS and was immediately inspired by the organization’s mission. Since joining the RTS Board, Allie has made significant contributions, including chairing the Development Committee and participating in milestones like ringing the Nasdaq opening bell.

Beyond her professional and board work, Allie is passionate about building a more equitable society where everyone has opportunities for success. In her personal time, she enjoys powerlifting, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
