Now, as part of BlackRock’s Americas Institutional Business, she works on the Consultant Relations team, fostering strategic relationships and ensuring that BlackRock’s investment strategies are aligned with the goals of key stakeholders.

A first-generation American who grew up in an underprivileged background, Delphine’s success is a testament to her resilience and determination. Having earned a full-tuition merit scholarship and carved out a thriving career in finance, she is passionate about creating opportunities for others, particularly those facing similar challenges.
