Her expertise spans workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. Through her extensive experience, Jessica has honed the ability to integrate HR into the core operations of organizations, ensuring that HR strategies align with broader business objectives.

A key part of Jessica’s journey has been her dedication to building impactful HR structures, including workforce and performance management plans, onboarding, and offboarding strategies. She thrives on challenging the status quo and finding innovative ways to improve processes, while her discipline, determination, and passion have been the driving forces behind her success.

Since joining Roads to Success, Jessica's leadership of the HR department has further strengthened her connection to the organization's mission. Her volunteer work with the Trinidad and Tobago Cadet Force for 12 years helped her naturally align with the goals of Roads to Success, focusing on the empowerment of youth. As HR Director, she has enjoyed supporting the organization’s diverse teams while continuing to grow her skillset, aiming to be an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica’s personal philosophy of leaving a positive impact fuels her work. She believes in the power of kind words and intentional actions, always striving to make both the workplace and the world a better place. In her free time, she prioritizes self-care, catching up on rest, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
