Meghan Guilfoile’s career has been deeply influenced by her mentors, whose guidance has helped shape her professional success. She credits their experiences for aiding her in making informed decisions during challenging projects and clients, and she continues to rely on mentorship as a critical aspect of her career growth.

Meghan’s passion for education was further ignited during her time teaching math and computer science in Uganda, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of afterschool programs on high school students. This experience led her to Roads to Success, where she believes in the organization's sustainable approach to empowering students beyond the classroom and preparing them for success in life after high school. She is excited to contribute to RTS’s mission as an Associate Board Member.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, finding joy in making others feel happy and loved. She is also passionate about education and nutrition and loves learning more about both topics in her downtime.
