Vidhi Guleria brings over 16 years of expertise in marketing, communications, and event management to her role as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Roads to Success (RTS). Her career spans media, corporate events, and the nonprofit sector, where she honed her skills in brand development, storytelling, and strategic planning. Vidhi’s professional journey has been defined by her commitment to using her expertise to drive meaningful impact, particularly in youth development.

Since joining RTS, Vidhi has spearheaded numerous communication initiatives, helping to shape the organization's external messaging.

Her strategic campaigns spotlight the transformative work being done to uplift underserved youth, while her engaging content across multiple platforms has strengthened RTS’s community outreach. Through her work, Vidhi continues to play a pivotal role in amplifying the organization's mission and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Outside of work, Vidhi enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about traveling, camping, biking, and walking her dogs. An avid gardener and enthusiastic cook, Vidhi finds joy in growing her own ingredients and preparing meals for her loved ones.
