Dr. Scorpio Rogers, Ph.D., Joins Roads to Success Board to Empower Underserved Youth

Roads to Success (RTS) is honored to welcome renowned educator and entrepreneur Dr. Scorpio Rogers, Ph.D., to its Board of Directors.  

Dr. Rogers brings invaluable expertise and passion for uplifting youth and business talent to help expand RTS's mission of creating equity through education.

"Dr. Rogers' commitment to empowering communities aligns perfectly with our work paving roads to success for underserved students," said RTS CEO, Sheila Duke. "His guidance will be instrumental as we open doors to brighter futures."

Board Chair Gregorio Concha-Toro shared, "Dr. Rogers' vast experience uplifting youth and entrepreneurs makes him a perfect fit for RTS's mission of unlocking potential through education and enrichment."

As a Vice President of Mercy University, Dr. Rogers stewards’ Community Relations and Government Affairs for the University. He previously had been the Vice President of the Bronx and Manhattan Campuses at Mercy where he founded and directed Mercy's Business Incubation Center supporting entrepreneurial talent.

Dr. Rogers holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an MBA in Management from Columbia University. He continually gives back by serving on several nonprofit boards and entrepreneurial businesses. In addition, he mentors youth as an active Life Member of the Harlem, New York chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is the founder and managing principal of Entrepreneurial Consultants, LLC, a management consulting firm for start-up and burgeoning entrepreneurial businesses.
